For the Vacation Bible School bumper animation project, I was far more confident in my abilities to make a complete and interesting piece compared to the one for the tutorial series. Overall, I felt as if creating a simple animation as present in my final product was easier than I had originally thought it would've been. This could've been because of the short yet thorough example/tutorial video given to me along with my increased experience with the program. Though it was primarily likely due to the lack of super complex shapes I had to create and lack of textures I had to put on each object. Since it was fairly simple, I to add the wood texture to the 'floor' plane along with a variety of colors to not only make each shape stand out more, but to also make them better represent the food they were supposed to be representing. One major problem I had with this project though was the fact that when it came to rendering, my computer could barely handle it, making it take around three hours to export the short 10 second video file.
