Logo and Branding

 For each logo, I wanted to keep a contemporary design that each fit a similar style and coloration. Using Adobe Illustrator for this assignment wasn't too difficult for me as I've had plenty of experience in the past, though I had forgotten some tools and concepts. The most challenging part was definitely coming up with the logo's design, I wanted to make it somewhat of a heart shape (due to the word agape [love] being associated with the church). I had the vision of a cross made up of negative space, so I took both ideas and put them into action, creating what I found to be a creative and sleek design. I looked up the meanings of different colors on Google and I noticed that blue can mean words like "faith" and "loyalty". Since I didn't want to make the logo a generic red or pink like how hearts are typically displayed, I decided to use a cyan-blue color for both the logo and branding.
